During the National Day holiday, Math1001B arranged a statistical report of the library as a PA assignment. We were asked to analyze 5 collated data in the Excel table, and 1 raw data as an optional part to supplement the report. The output of this report is some constructive suggestions based on data analysis.
在国庆节期间，Math1001B布置了一项图书馆的数据统计报告作为PA作业。我们被要求要分析Excel表格里面5个整理过的数据资料，还有1个原始数据作为选做部分来补充说明报告。这个报告的产出是一些基于数据分析而得出的建设性的建议。
For example, like the picture above, it is a chart made based on analyzing the number of books loaned out by the library each month. It can be seen from these graphs that the borrowing rates of the mentioned libraries decreased during the winter and summer vacations. In order to save electricity and manpower, the libraries may reduce the opening hours during these time periods.
举个例子，像上面这张图，就是分析图书馆每月书籍借出的数量而制成的图表。通过这些图表可以看出以上提到的图书馆在寒暑假期间借书率下降，图书馆可以在这种时间段减少开放时间，这样一来可以节约用电和人力。

Here is an analysis of the percentage of people of different ages in a high school library borrowing different books. In this way, we can know the demand for different types of books by students of different grades, or teachers, in the library, and the library can provide suitable books to the corresponding people according to these forms.
这里是分析了高中的一个图书馆不同年龄段的人借阅不同的书的百分比。这样就能知道图书馆不同年级的学生甚至老师对不同种类书籍的需求量，而图书馆就可以依照这些表格给相应的人群提供合适的书。
