Introduction

The PBIC is the name of the competition we’re seeing, and it’s run mainly by innovative solutions. At its core, it’s determined primarily by 17 common development goals set by the United Nations, four of which were chosen at random this year, “Quality Education.” About a month ago, we have finished the promotion of the preliminary contest, and we have been promoted by the seventh place among more than 100 teams and the first place in the project plan. At the present stage, we have received 20,000 RMB as a donation and are going to land it in the summer vacation.

This project was launched more than two months ago. We mainly participated in the PBIC Challenge and won the MVP of the project planning book in the preliminary contest. In this defense, I hope to demonstrate my writing communication skills and self-regulation through this project. In the implementation of the project, we all have the same original intention and deal with the problem with the heart of solving it. Therefore, the interpersonal relationship will not affect the whole team and process to a certain extent. Our project hopes to help children in Rwanda, Africa and give more opportunities to those who want to learn.

My team included Kolento, Laura, Deltas and Clef, and we worked very well together as a team, and there were a lot of interesting things going on, such as the copy of the copy that I’m going to use in a minute. Our division of labor is divided according to the career model, divided into media people, operators and product people, we think this way can let us know more about what we are good at in teamwork. We also found Kate as our project tutor, who is very supportive of us in many professional directions. Moreover, we also found a teacher from Kate who is in Rwanda and will work on lunar exploration next year.

Self-Regulation

Since the project is not over yet, I can only talk about my feelings at present. From the beginning of this project more than two months ago to now, I think it is a very full and hopeful project. It may also be because the project team failed last semester, but we have a certain possibility to implement this project, and it is not small. From this project I learned about a good project is a kind of architecture, every week there are two meetings, one Sunday on Thursday, each of which could have 2 hours of time, we will do some matters that our division of labor in this time, found the problem, after clarification on leave, ensure the successful completion of the tasks to each of us can.

For Self-Regulation:

I think I have achieved all the skills in the process of this project, but here I will elaborate on the three skills That I believe I do best: 08A08D and 08E.

08A mainly expresses the clarity of the objectives of the team and the intention of a task at the time it is determined. When we do a Planner, we actually write, “What exactly is this job going to be doing?” and the Planner has a lot of that in the notes section. With this note, we can have a very clear idea of what can be achieved after completing the task and how much impact it will have on the progress of our project.

The main idea of 08D is to hope that we can find our own way to relax. Of course, there was a lot of pressure after the project, such as the tasks we were assigned, gpa, also including the daily memorizing of words and sports, which were not easy to combine together. However, I will ask Laura in the same group to complete our task together, because for the same group, we can talk about many topics, and we can also investigate boring information with an interesting person, which is very relaxing but pleasant.

What 08E talks about is our team’s self-reflection, which is a form of self-regulation whether it is the whole group’s reflection or the reflection of each of us. The way we use it is a reply by the team members, but it is also mixed with the reflection of each of us. We write 3000 more text on this document. We can not only reflect on the overall cooperation effect, but also the reflection of others may affect you, so we will start to wonder whether I am a little deficient in this aspect. We fill out a questionnaire before the reflection, which is about the content of the reflection and the personal reflection. At the meeting, we share with others the answers we have filled in and why they are so. Then after reflection, what we did not do well will become the target of our next stage of improvement.

For Writing Communication:

I think I have achieved all the skills in the process of this project, but here I will elaborate on the three skills That I believe I do best: Argument A, Evidence A and Language use.

So Argument A basically says you need to make an Argument that’s a little bit stronger. So in our planning book, the problem that we defined is that we believe that children in Rwanda don’t have enough light at night, and we believe that solar lights are the best way to help people in Rwanda. In order to be accepted by others who have seen our plan, we don’t want to state in the “project context” what information we consulted to arrive at this point. We in fact from the main web search engines to find a lot of, we didn’t find a lot of light, shining, so we will target to blog, write articles on this website, is the author really experience, we find that many people experience when they go to Rwanda is written, a lot of people say that the sun is basked in, over there to pay attention to prevent bask in, we know the solar energy is a kind of very suitable for their energy supply. After research like this, the question we’ve identified is one that has enough support.

Introduction

This assignment is also not optional, unless you don’t want your credit. In such a case, I choose to do the homework with my best state.

In the beginning and there is some confusion and difficult, don’t know if I can use what form to analysis something “would” run into difficulties, I can think of only the bilibili site interactive video, thought to want to do an interactive video, I need to prepare two times or more processes, expectations are too high for me, but also need to consider the other including shooting, editing, uploading factors in audit, failed to achieve.

So I used a more simple way — table. The form of table can let me know what kind of profile each possible difficulty is, what kind of mentality or way I should solve this problem and face this difficulty. In the process of writing, I found a great person, Laura, who gave me a lot of inspiration, including the table of the form, but there was no reference in the content.

I always is the kind of person who like to solve the problem, so I’m a part of the heart is in the middle of the “pointed out the way”, this section you can let me in a short period of time to find a can release the pressure, or get rid of my bad mood, you can save me a lot of time, but the things here, the part from my previous life experience, also or is to find some friends, ask when sad or what they will do more to help themselves.

I use a lot of psychological concepts in the “expertise” section, which makes us more rational, and doesn’t make decisions directly because I feel like it. In a thousand words, I need to tell Chuck that I think this way, why I think this way, and that the way I “pointed out the way” works and works.

Self-Reflection

When I wrote the homework of self-cognition, I realized that it was for my own use. It was no longer like an assignment to get GPA. I hope I can use the psychological knowledge I have learned and my own views on me in this assignment. I also need to consider whether this is a sustainable assignment. I can change it gradually in the future, and then I will have certain requirements for the situation. I also hope that this homework can help me in the future when I really encounter difficulties.

The competencies involved in this project are Information Literacy and Creative Thinking, and I think I have reached the developing level for both competencies.

Creative Production/design thinking

For this assignment, the final audience is me. I will try to meet my own needs instead of just thinking about it now. When I was doing this homework, I tried to make my writing very easy to understand, because your own imagination will change, your ideas will change, so we can only use another way to face this change. I would hope that what I’m writing now would be helpful to my future self, and that I would change the way I think about it in the future because of how I write it now.

For Information Literacy:

I wish to discuss the first three skills within this quality, such as determining Information Needed, estimating Information and managing Information Effectively.

For the first one, because there is a description in rubric for this assignment that we are going to use in terms of our self-knowledge in this semester, so that we can use it in the future and know which one we are going to use to explain this problem. So to make sure that a piece of information is what we need, we need to look at how I think now. In the process of completing it, it naturally proved that The information I determined was reliable and accurate.

Flipped Class in Math 1

Introduction

At the beginning, since the new lesson was over, we reviewed what we had learned this semester in the form of flipped classroom.

We were forced into several groups by Ryan, so we didn’t have a chance to choose our teammates. My team members included Cherry, John and Jerry, who helped me a lot in this project.

GROUP ARRANGEMENT

In our cooperation, I used what I learned in math class, what I learned about circles, what I learned about team management, and how to communicate with people without violence.

The main problem we have to solve is to bring the rest of the time back to what we have learned before, not just a lot of the concepts that we have learned before, but how to apply those concepts to our problems, exams and lives. We need to choose a topic that we want to discuss. According to Ryan’s homework before, the courseware for class and our own notes, all of these will become the best evidence for this flipped class and the best material for us to make PPT.

From our last production, as well as a PPT and our notes, you can see us as a team, review before didn’t tell a lot of duplicate content before, there are not many concepts, but we choose a lot of very good topic, the topic of the PPT to make it look more full, more diversified and also more practical, it’s like you teach a person how to use scissors ✂ ️, than teach them it is scissors ✂ ️, much better.

The whole project, and the assignment, and the final grading, these two little tasks, also make the masterpiece look more complete, a complete lesson. For your homework, we need to take into account what we have done in the course, what Ryan has said before, how busy we are with other problems, and how hard it is for us to assign tasks and grade them. Self Reflection

When we finished this project, we learned how to cooperate with people whom you are not familiar with. This skill will help us in the future study and even in future cooperation projects. I can also build on what I’ve learned from this artifact, and when I provide a knowledge inventory to others it also gives us an opportunity to make up for what we didn’t understand at the time. Also from this project, to do better review after learning, review is more important than learning new knowledge.

For Collaboration:

I think I have achieved all the skills in the process of this project, but here I will elaborate on the three skills That I believe I do best: 14B, 14D and 14F.

14B is about the setting of team goals. I need to know the goals of the project done by the team, including what everyone wants to achieve in the team. What I get this skill is thinking before I choose to do this project, because after we know we have this task, there is still a period of time before we start to prepare, so I think about this problem during this “empty space”. I think there are two most important goals. The first goal is to get you to review what you’ve learned, to get you to fill in the blanks, and we need to get you to understand what we’re talking about and what we’re doing in any way. The second is to make ourselves well aware of what we are talking about. In case other people ask us some questions and we don’t know, it is also very embarrassing.

14D focuses on contributing ideas to the team. In this project, I did 50% of the work, including not only chosen the questions , editing of documents (including the subsequent division of labor for correction, which is largely organized by me ). I also shared my opinion about which questions we should choose for homework, and suggested each of the team members to check the home-works equally ,so that we done the work in a shorter time .

14F is mainly about completing the tasks assigned to us by the team. In team work, we to division I will be finished quickly, don’t let the other team members because my procrastination and lead to finish their own task, because most of our division of labor will have another major stakeholders, is other classmates, and we have a class if we didn’t at the right time to submit or have corrected their homework, will reduce their time of correction, also will have certain influence to rush to their gpa. So I carefully graded everyone, and I checked the final score.
