MOON-Activity Planning

Introduction: This is the planning document for the frist speech activity of MOON. The topic of this speech is “Essence”.

0.物资准备 Material

指引 物料 摄影组

指引需要在活动开始前至少20分钟到底制定区域进行指引的工作

物料需要送早上开始准备所有的物资以及布置好场地,把所有的信封里的东西装满,把坐垫摆好(不知道坐垫是否足够)贴好矿泉水瓶贴,搬来至少7个月球灯(中号或者是大号),在7个月球灯上分别贴好7个要讨论的问题,摆放在场地的各处。贴好海报以及x展架,布置好签到区

摄影组这个时候需要拍摄我们准备东西的样子以及可以拍一些延时摄影等等。

Guide & Material & Photographer
Guide should be completed at least 20 minutes before the start of the activity


Material need to send good morning start preparing all the materials and decorate venues, fill up all the things that the envelope, arrange seat (don’t know if enough cushion) post the good water bottles moved to at least seven moon lights (medium or large), seven in the moon light on the question to be discussed at the stick a good seven, put everywhere in the field. Put up the poster and X display rack, arrange the sign-in area


Photographer at this time, needs to take pictures of the way we prepare things and can take some time-lapse photography and so on.

1.签到进场 Sign in

签到的时候,每一位观众都会拿到一个信封。所有的信封被分成了7组,并且放在7个箱子中,每一个箱子上面都贴着一个关于本质的问题。观众在签到的时候,选择一个自己感兴趣的问题,并且从中拿出一个信封并进场。

When you check in, each member of the audience is given an envelope. The envelopes were divided into seven groups and placed in seven boxes, each with a question about the essence attached to it. When the audience signs in, they choose a question they are interested in, take out an envelope from it and enter the arena.

信封中有:一张明信片,一个问题的纸片,便利贴,笔,简短的讲者介绍,活动流程
The envelope contained: a postcard, a slip of paper with a question, a post-it note, pens, a brief description of the speaker, and the activity schedule

(明信片是我们定制的,一共会有7中不同的明信片,象征着7位讲者。问题的纸片就是一开始纸箱中观众所选取的问题,纸片分组的时候会用到。在团队讨论的时候会用到便利贴,有些时候观众如果想要记笔记也可以用便利贴和笔,便利贴在最后的环节里还回用到,最后会有一个人带领着观众去写下对于这一次活动的反馈,观众写好之后离场的时候可以将手中的便利贴贴在门外我们准备好的板子上。)

签到组需要指引观众签到入场以及拿到自己想要的信封(签到台会被分成两个区域,前面的区域是用来签到的,后面的区域是用来看问题以及选择一个信封的,签到组需要两个人,一个人去负责前面的人员来签到,还有一个人则是要给签完到的观众将7个盒子的规则,以及引领观众去拿取自己想要选择的问题)

摄影组需要随时不停地拍摄,记录点点滴滴还有evidence

Photographer needs to shoot all the time, recording little bits and pieces of evidence

灯光音效组在这个时候需要去调试好场地的话筒音响以及投影仪,还要协助讲者去测试播放PPT,在活动开始前可以播放一些音乐或者是我们活动的宣传短片

At this time, the lighting and sound team needs to adjust the microphone, sound system and projector, assist the speaker to test and play PPT, and play some music or promotional video of our activity before the activity starts

观众会排队签到并且选择好自己的信封以后有序进场等待活动开始

讲者这个时候可以好好准备自己的演讲或是去调试PPT

2.讲者演讲 Speech

开场的时候需要播放我们的开场视频

闪电演讲,中途没有主持人串场,一个讲者讲完直接下一个讲者,中途不间断。

场控组中的一个人需要时刻注意着观众群里观众的需求,然后尽量去满足。其他的场控就再场地的各个角落,负责控制整个场地的稳定。场控在必要的时候可以充当一些指引(帮助观众找到厕所啊等等类似指引的工作)场控需要有一人计时并且提醒讲者时间(还剩5分钟 还剩3分钟 还剩1分钟)需要提前制作好牌子

One person in the field control group needs to keep an eye on the needs of the audience and try to satisfy them. Other field controllers are located in various parts of the field and are responsible for controlling the stability of the entire field. When necessary, the scene controller can act as some guidance (help the audience find the toilet, etc.). The scene controller needs a person to time and remind the speaker of the time (5 minutes left, 3 minutes left, 1 minute left). A sign should be made in advance

灯光音效组需要给每一位上台的讲者以及主持人打光,在每一个讲者下场的时候需要把灯熄灭,灯下一个讲者上场的时候再把灯亮起来,需要时刻注意话筒的音量和清晰度,以及PPT的展示情况

The lighting and sound group needs to light up each speaker and the host, turn off the lights when each speaker leaves the stage, and turn on the lights when the next speaker enters the stage. They need to pay attention to the volume and clarity of the microphone and the presentation of PPT at all times

暖场嘉宾需要有一个暖场的发言(介绍一下我们演讲的策划团队)

The warm-up guest needs to give a warm-up speech (introduce the planning team of our speech)

主持人需要在活动的一开始做开场白,以及在所有讲者讲完之后带着预告下一个环节以及指引观众和讲者休息,告知观众每一个观众的最终目的是带着门口选择的问题在活动的过程中思考,在演讲结束之后会有讨论的时间(在每一个讲者中间,主持人不需要串场)

3.休息,茶歇 Break Time

在休息的20分钟中,我们需要准备茶歇,在茶歇的时候可以放一些音乐。

场控组在这个时候稍微控制一下场面,不要让场面失控,特别是要重新开始下一个环节的时候,场控组那一个特别的混在观众群里的场控需要时刻注意观众群的需求,无论什么时候

灯光特效在这个时候可以播放一些我们开会的小视频,以及我们制作项目的点点滴滴,或者是活动宣传视频等等。要定期检查话筒,并且按照情况去调制灯光的状况

主持人需要介绍休息的时间以及我们准备了茶点,到点的时候呼唤观众们回到座位上面

讲者需要准备下一个环节的讨论,因为在讨论环节讲者是他所负责的那个组的owner

The speaker needs to prepare for the next discussion session, in which the speaker is the owner of the group he is responsible for

4.分组讨论 Group Discussion

7位讲者,7个问题,7个队伍。观众按照之前选择的问题去找到对应的讲者,参加到对应的队伍之中。每一个组会讨论他们选择的问题,最后制作成一个poster我们最后将场地定在了下沉剧场,我们会准备7个月球灯,每一个月球灯代表一个队伍,在相应的月球灯上会贴上相应讲者要和观众讨论的问题。到时候在主持人的带领下观众根据信封中自己选择的问题,去到对应的小组之中去。

Seven speakers, seven questions, seven teams. The audience will find the corresponding speaker according to the questions selected before and join the corresponding team. Each group will discuss the issues they choose, and finally make a poster. Finally, we set the venue at the Sinking Theater. 场控组有一个人是负责观众群,其余的7人在这个环节里会分布到每一个组中,去控制组内的秩序,以及讨论的热度,千万不能冷场(虽然冷场这个事应该是讲者的工作,但是场控在冷场的时候需要急中生智去让气氛活跃起来)

One person in the field control group is responsible for the audience, and the other seven people will be distributed to each group to control the order and the heat of discussion in the group. They should never silence the audience (although it is the job of the speaker to silence the audience, the field control group needs to be quick and intelligent to make the atmosphere more lively).

灯光音效在这个时候可以看情况给灯光,尽量每一组都有一束光。在小组讨论的时候可以播放一些轻音乐什么的,主要还是要看场上的状况,见机行事(不过还是要准备好)

主持人需要和观众介绍这个环节,以及引导各位观众的分组,并且介绍每一组都是哪一位讲者带领的

The host needs to introduce this link to the audience, and lead the audience into groups, and introduce which speaker is leading each group

摄影组继续到处拍摄,最好每一组讨论都有一套单独的视频

观众找到自己对应的月球灯(也就是所在的小组),小组会有一个讲者作为owner去带领大家思考问题(也就是观众信封中拿到的问题,也是月球灯上面贴着的问题),每一个组的观众可能会围坐成一圈去讨论问题,具体如何讨论需要owner去决定

讲者会成为每一个小组的owner去带着小组的观众去讨论问题(千万不要冷场啦)

The speaker will be the owner of each group and will lead the group’s audience to discuss the issues (don’t be silent).

产出:我建议是每一个观众在讨论的最后,可以把自己对于这个问题的思考写在便利贴上,贴在一张poster上或者是贴在月球灯上,做为一个小小的产出。

Outcome: I suggest that at the end of the discussion, everyone in the audience put their thoughts on this question on a Post-it note, a poster, or a moon lamp, as a small outcome.

5.结束致辞 Ending

小组讨论完成,可以将poster放在大家都能看到的地方,展示出来。最后我们需要感谢讲者,感谢观众。可以接受1~2个提问。还需要给讲者颁发一些证书之类的东西,需要给讲者留下evidence。最后要有一个大合照。

After the group discussion, you can put the poster in a place where everyone can see it. Finally, we need to thank the speaker, thank the audience. You can take 1 or 2 questions. You need to give the speaker some kind of certificate or something, you need to leave evidence for the speaker. Finally, there should be a big group photo.

灯光音效组需要控制场面的灯光,在适当的时机开灯和关灯

The lighting and sound team needs to control the lighting of the scene and turn the lights on and off at the appropriate time

主持人需要说结束致辞,引导观众用便利贴写反馈,给演讲嘉宾颁奖,让策划组上台露脸,引导大家一起拍大合照,最后结束说一下门外有可以自己动手制作的diy环节,结束活动

The host needs to finish the speech, guide the audience to write feedback with sticky notes, give awards to the speakers, let the planning team appear on the stage, and guide everyone to take a group photo. Finally, the host needs to say that there is a DIY link that can be made by oneself outside the door, and end the activity

6.自由活动 Free Activity

我们会准备一个长桌子,在桌子上会摆放纪念品和透明的石头。观众可以通过DIY的形式去留下evidence。

目前有两个活动,

1.透明的石头(在一个纸片上画画,写上在这一次活动中感受并产生的一个词语,最后黏贴在透明的石头上,可以带走)

2.未来的信 (大家可以给未来的自己或者自己的本质写一封信,可以写在明信片上,我们还要准备信纸和信封,还有印章,我们会制作一个上面刻着我们logo的印章,大家也可以通过盖章方式,留下evidence)

We will prepare a long table with souvenirs and transparent stones on the table. Audiences can leave evidence in the form of DIY. At present, there are two activities:

1. Transparent stone (draw on a piece of paper, write down a word felt and generated in this activity, and paste it on the transparent stone finally, you can take away)

2. Future letter (you can write a letter to your future self or your essence, which can be written on a postcard. We also need to prepare writing paper, envelope and seal. We will make a seal engraved with our logo, and you can also leave evidence by stamping.)

活动现场人员分配:

灯光音效——2人:管理音响,屏幕,灯光,麦克风

指引——4人(南门1人,西门1人,探月空间1人,下沉剧场周边1人):将观众指引到签到处

物料组——4人:布置现场 x展架 海报 坐垫 7个问题盒子 信封(信封中有:问题的卡片 品牌明信片 便利贴 活动流程 笔)月球灯(在space里面的大月球灯) 矿泉水

签到组——2人:指引观众填写签到表,如果又没有报名的观众想要进场听讲,指引其报名,分发问题盒子中的信封(和观众讲解问题盒子的规则)

场控——8人(1人需要和在演讲开始的时候在观众群里答疑发照片等等 剩下7人需要在演讲期间维持秩序,以及答疑。并且在分组讨论的时候融入到每一个组中,去确保活动进行下去)

主持人——1人:主持每一个环节和每一个环节的衔接

摄影组——2人:1人负责录像,1人负责拍照

暖场嘉宾——1人

Guide — 4 people (1 person at the south gate, 1 person at the west gate, 1 person in the lunar exploration space, and 1 person around the sunken theater) : direct the audience to the sign desk


Material group — 4 people: layout of X exhibition stand, poster seat, 7 question boxes, envelopes (in the envelope: question card, brand, postcard, sticky note, activity flow pen), moon lamp (big moon lamp in space), mineral water


Sign in group — 2 people: guide the audience to fill in the sign in form. If the audience who has not registered wants to enter the lecture hall, guide them to sign up and distribute the envelopes in the question box (and explain the rules of the question box to the audience).


Field control – 8 people (1 person will be required to answer questions in the audience at the beginning of the presentation, post photos, etc., and the remaining 7 will be required to maintain order and answer questions during the presentation. In addition, I participated in each group in group discussion to ensure the progress of the activity.)
